Industrial Product Price Index Grew in January

In January  2018, the Industrial Product Price Index (IPPI) grew 1.6% percent compared to the previous month and 8 percent compared to the same period of last year, the National Statistical Office reports.

Compared to 2010, the production today requires 47% more expenditure.

During the last year the cost of processing industry products increased by 6.9%. Food products (including drinks) and tobacco production increased by 6.7%, Production of metal finished products by 12.3%, rubber and plastic production by 8.3%, electricity, water and gas production and distribution by 14%. Leather and leather products grew by 5.7%, textile goods – by  0.4%.
