Saakashvili Asks Help from EU and German Chancellor

Former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili requests support from the European Union and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

"In a cafe in Kiev, I was attacked by men in masks, they kidnapped me, threatened me and took me on a private jet to Poland. This event is a corrupt Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko," − Saakashvili told the newspaper Bild.

Former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili was admitted to Polish territory on a request from Ukrainian immigration authorities, Poland's border guards said in a statement on the agency's web site.
