According to a decree by the Georgian government, 2,600,000 GEL will be allocated from the state reserve fund to the Autonomous Republic of Adjara to support the sale of substandard mandarin harvests.

In Adjara, citrus processing enterprises that purchase 1 kilogram of substandard mandarins from individuals during the citrus season at a price of at least 0.40 GEL will receive a subsidy of 0.35 GEL.

Separately, 4 million GEL has been allocated to support producers of substandard citrus fruits. Thus, the total amount of subsidies reaches 6.6 million GEL.
