The Georgian e-commerce market continues to record double-digit growth rates, showing 35% annual growth in 9M2025, reaching GEL 7.62 billion.

In 2024, 38% of the e-commerce market spending i.e. GEL 3.0 bn went to local merchants, a record high amount to date. Domestic e-commerce market continues high growth in 9M 2025 already amounting to GEL 3.1 bn.

While a significant increase is also observed in cross border e-commerce, the market grew at a slower pace in comparison to domestic market, reaching GEL 4.5 bn in 9M 2025.

The Georgian e-commerce market’s momentum can also be tracked in the increased quantity of parcel deliveries. Data show that half of the delivered parcels were of Georgian origin, up by 13 percentage points from the 2020 figure.

The average ticket size for cross border e-commerce transactions are about 3x in size compared to the domestic e-commerce transactions.
