The European Council’s decision on €90 billion in financial support for Ukraine in 2026-2027 years is timely and strong. Ukraine received a financial security guarantee - Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine posts on X.

Despite Russia’s hopes, Europe’s support for Ukraine will not weaken. Russian assets remain immobilised. Europe remains united and strong.
