According to the "Architectural Service" website, reconstruction and restoration work is underway on buildings with cultural heritage status, located on a plot owned by LLC "Alpha 2017".
According to the explanatory note, the main works have already been completed, and the remaining works will take 18 months. The company aims to finish construction by May 2027.
The complex, made up of two buildings, is a listed cultural heritage monument. Research shows it's partly built with silicate brick and sits on a mix of weathered argillite and sandstone layers. Wooden structures support the roof. The complex is in a critical condition, showing cracks and deformation. The first stage of work is now complete.
According to the expert, "Due to the dilapidated condition of the examined building, it can’t be left in its current state – as part of the reconstruction, the rearrangement of load-bearing elements and structures subject to restoration, and their placement on foundations and supporting systems that comply with modern seismic standards," the explanatory note states.
The owner of 100% of the shares of LLC "Alpha 2017" is Ina Gudavadze, a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the company's director is Mikhail Menteshashvili.
