To ensure urban order in the capital, the Municipal Inspection has launched a new project called Moto-Inspection, announced Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze during today’s municipal government meeting.
According to him, the Moto-Inspection will oversee the city’s appearance, control littering and acoustic noise, and respond promptly to construction and administrative violations.
“Maintaining urban order and implementing appropriate measures is one of our priorities. Several effective steps have already been taken in this direction. This time, I present to you the Tbilisi Municipal Inspection’s project, which will help us efficiently and promptly manage urban order maintenance activities in the capital’s tourist and historical zones, central squares, and avenues,” said Kakha Kaladze.
According to the capital’s mayor, the Moto-Inspection is equipped with European-standard tricycles, specialized gear, and modern technologies.
“The project’s goal is to effectively manage urban order and implement appropriate measures in historical and tourist zones, central squares, and avenues. The Municipal Inspection staff have undergone special training, and the service has acquired 20 tricycles,” noted Kakha Kaladze.
