The canning company Kula plans to launch a baby food line at the HIPP factory in the village of Agara in the Kareli region starting from 2026.

As the company founder Vano Goglidze says, equipment is currently being installed.

«The total investment in the project totals 4 million GEL, but can be adjusted before the end of the year. We are actively working on launching a baby food line at the HIPP factory. Our company is also engaged in fruit processing, namely apples and other products and we don’t see fruit shortage and price hikes. The company’s sales soared by about 3-5% compared to the same period of last year», - says Vano Goglidze.

He adds that Kulá products have recently entered the markets of Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh, and at the stage have no plan of breaking into other markets.

Recall that Gori feeding cannery Kula buys 95% of raw materials from local farmers and peasants. The company has been operating in the market since 2009 and produces environmentally friendly products. At present «Kula» has 5 factories, 4 of which are located in Gori and one in Akhaltsikhe. The company exports its products to about 30 countries worldwide.
