Eagle Hills company is entering Georgia with investments exceeding $6 billion; such a volume of capital investment is a declaration of immense trust in our country, stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze during his speech at the opening of Eagle Hills' Georgia office.

According to the head of government, the name Eagle Hills is associated with the highest quality and innovations on the international stage.

"Today, we are laying the foundation for a project that, due to its content and scale, will write a new, historic chapter in the development history of our country. Eagle Hills, a world-class developer, is entering Georgia with investments exceeding $6 billion, which is the largest direct foreign investment in the history of independent Georgia.

First and foremost, I express special gratitude to the project's initiator, Mr. Mohamed Alabbar, and our partners from the United Arab Emirates. Such a volume of capital investment is a declaration of immense trust in our country and, at the same time, a clear confirmation of the effectiveness of our economic policy. It is particularly encouraging that these grandiose projects are being implemented by Eagle Hills, a developer whose name is associated with the highest quality and innovations on the international stage. This is the best example of how the stable, predictable, and favorable investment environment created by our government attracts international business leaders," the Prime Minister stated.

According to the head of government, the scale of the project is impressive, involving the creation of entirely new, modern urban ecosystems.

"In Tbilisi, in Krtsanisi, on 600 hectares, a new green city is being built - with over a million square meters of residential and commercial complexes, hotels, and recreational spaces. In Batumi, on the territory of the former polygon, on 250 hectares, a new pearl of the Black Sea coast is being created - a premium-class resort that involves the development of top-tier tourist infrastructure," the Prime Minister stated.
