There were 45 leaders there, and maybe 5-6 of them saw Zelensky, 10 at most, and that was it. There was no queue to shake hands, said Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili, answering the question why he and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not greet each other at the forum held in Moldova.

"It was very easy to talk. Looking at you, everything that is happening in the media and in the degraded opposition is very funny. Nothing special was happening. There were 45 leaders there, and out of them, maybe 5-6 saw Zelensky, 10 at most, and that was it. There was no queue to shake hands, everything was very simple," said the Prime Minister.

To the journalist's question: what would he say to President Zelensky if he had the chance, Gharibashvili answered that he would greet him.

"I would have greeted him normally. I have said publicly and I will repeat it - we wish Ukraine an end to the war, the unification of territories and peace," the Prime Minister said.
