A multifunctional complex is planned to be built on the area of 87,699 sq.m next to the Goodwill hypermarket in Didi Digomi settlement in Tbilisi.

According to the Public Registry, most of the territory belongs to Capital City Group Investment LLC, owned by the founder of the Agrohub net of supermarkets, Akaki Akhvlediani (50%) and Rusudan Vasadze, small part of the territory belongs to the Tbilisi municipality.

As per the information posted on the Architecture Service’s website, the multifunctional complex project, the development regulation plan of which has already been agreed upon, includes: residential, leisure, office, auxiliary, catering, shopping, sports and recreation spaces. Apart from that, as can be seen from the photo, the complex will house a branch of "Agrohub".

According to the development regulation plan, the project will include up to 20 buildings, with a maximum number of storeys of 35. The complex will also include a parking lot for 1,755 cars.
