Georgian national basketball team captain Tornike Shengelia has become an investor in the large-scale project "Grand Avenue" by the leading development company "Archi".

"This is my largest investment I've made, and it clearly demonstrates my confidence in Archi.

This project is a good example of what a modern and high-quality residential complex should be," says the captain of the national team.

Grand Avenue by Archi is a unique project, a new urban center on Dadiani Street, near the "Dynamo" stadium, with a "city within a city" concept. Recently, the company held a grand pre-sale event – 644 apartments in the complex were sold in 5 hours, setting a new record for Archi.

Grand Avenue is constructed according to contemporary standards, with special attention paid to landscaping and diverse internal infrastructure. 75% of the territory is allocated for recreational zones, which is unprecedented for Tbilisi.

The project's vision is to create a modern city center in this area, equipped with all the amenities for comfortable living, working, and leisure.
