The opening of the Paragraph Tabori Hotel and Golf Club on Mount Tabor has been postponed for the third time and is now planned for the end of 2024.
The Tourism Development Fund has decided to delay the completion of the project several times. The complex was planned to be opened in 2021, and as it was reported, Paragraph Tabori would have received its first guests in the autumn of the current year. According to the latest information provided by partner companies Stilles and Anagi, the hotel will be completed in 2024.
The investment value of the project has increased once again and exceeds $139 million. The initial cost of the hotel and golf club complex was $86 million, according to the adjusted financial indicators in 2022, $128 million should have been poured in the project.
The construction of the hotel and golf club on Mount Tabori commenced in 2018. The complex includes 402,009 square meters of recreational area, a 9-hole landscaped golf course, artificial lake and tennis courts, a 177-room hotel, swimming pool, spa, gym and a restaurant.
The project will have a cable car connection with the Paragraph Convention Center and Paragraph Luxury Collection hotels, allowing visitors to access the resort from the city center in just 10 minutes using ecofriendly public transport.
