Tinatin Beridze, manager of Buxus Hotel Shekvetili, talks about her summer season expectations. In her words, the hotel is 100% booked for September. Beridze adds that while last year guests were mainly from Russia and Armenia, this year they are 100% Georgian.
"We have positive expectations. Our hotel is fully booked. Concerning prices, service costs haven't risen from last year. We're seeing a shift in trends, previous summer saw mostly foreign guests, but now visitors are mostly Georgians . I think our guests are generally of the mid-range purchasing power segment," says Tinatin Beridze.
Located on the seashore in Shekvetili, Buxus Hotel Shekvetili features 35 rooms and an outdoor swimming pool.
