The construction of the Paragraf Tabori hotel on Mount Tabori near Tbilisi is set to be completed by the end of the year.
“Commersant“ was told at the Georgian Tourism Development Fund that the construction has entered an active phase and is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
According to the latest update, the total investment cost of the project reaches $130 million.
The hotel will be of the Autograph Collection Group within the Marriott International portfolio, the date of its opening will be agreed with the management company.
"Paragraph Tabori" will have 177 rooms, the recreation area will include a 9-hole course, an artificial lake and tennis courts combined with the landscape. The hotel will also house a swimming pool, spa center, gym, restaurant, etc.
