Rooms Hotel Abastumani will be opened on the site of sanatorium „Arazindo" in 2024
“Rooms Abastumani is located in a resort area with a unique climate, in the building of the historical Arazindo sanatorium, which will get a new life in 2024, exactly 100 years after its initial opening,” says Adjara Group.
According to "Adjara Group", at this stage repair novation works are underway in the hotel.
The total cost of the Rooms Abastumani project that is co-financed by the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) .
is $14 million 550 thousand. In the frames of the project, the group will pour $5.85 million, and took a long-term loan of about $8.6 million from DFC with the support of financial consulting company Wings&Freeman Capital.
A 76 -room hotel will house a restaurant, bar, conference and meeting spaces. The project will create up to 150 jobs.
