Money transfers picked up to 10.4% y/y in Jun-26, reaching US$ 348.3mn, after 7.1% y/y growth in previous month. Among the top countries, the transfers increased from the EU (+5.1% y/y, 43.9% of total), Russia (+25.1% y/y, 14.8% of total), the USA (+12.7% y/y, 19.0% of total), Israel (+22.4% y/y, 8.4% of total) and Türkiye (+35.1% y/y, 3.6% of total).
Overall, in 1H26 money transfers rose by 11.1% y/y to US$ 1.9bn. Galt&Taggart raises our 2026 money transfers forecast to US$ 4.0bn (from US$ 3.8bn) on stronger June inflows.
