"Cartu" foundation is set to build a multi-functional district consisting of 16 buildings in Tbilisi, in Isani district, on Beri Gabriel Salosi avenue in the seemingly abandoned area of the former shoe factory with old buildings.
The territory of the multi-functional complex starts at number 116 of Gabriel Salos avenue and ends at number 124. The owner of "Iveria 90" LLC is "Elita Burjia" LLC, whose 100% share is owned by "Cartu" Foundation. JSC "Isani-Cartu" is a subsidiary company of "Cartu Fund", whose chairman Besik Demetrashvili is a member of the supervisory board of "Cartu Bank".
