Ambassadori Island Batumi has officially commenced the construction of an ultramodern multifunctional complex. This development holds historic significance as it marks the first foundational structure to be constructed on the island. The complex is designed to integrate premium residential apartments, a luxury hotel component,  helipad, comprehensive leisure and wellness facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, advanced fitness amenities and exclusive branded boutique retail spaces.

“We have reached a decisive juncture in the project’s evolution. Land reclamation is advancing at an accelerated rate, with over half of the total project area - specifically 46.9 out of 84 hectares, successfully reclaimed. The western peninsula, encompassing 26 hectares, was commissioned in September, and we are preparing to commission a total of 48 hectares in January. Beyond the island's physical development, major economic initiatives are simultaneously being activated, with three large-scale anchor projects already underway. We are particularly pleased to announce the formalized agreement between Ambassadori Island and IG Development, which will facilitate the implementation of an ultramodern, nonpareil shopping center in Georgia,” stated Gocha Kamkia, CEO of Ambassadori Island Batumi.

The comprehensive island project is being developed by Ambassadori Group in strategic cooperation with several international corporations. Ambassadori Island Batumi, conceptualized to form two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island totaling 84 hectares in the Black Sea, is being executed in stringent adherence to rigorous sustainability principles and advanced smart-city planning standards.

The Ambassadori Island project holds significant economic and tourism objectives for the region, positioned to place Batumi, and Georgia generally, on the global investment map.
