Akaki Akhvlediani, the owner of "Agrohub" net of supermarkets, is building a multifunctional residential and hotel complex on Otar Chiladze Street in Tbilisi.

"Arek Ltd" purchased the area within the framework of the "50 properties for your hotel" project a few years ago. According to the terms of the auction, the company committed to invest GEL 10,000,000. The object was put up for sale by the National Agency of State Property for GEL 3.8 million.

100% stake in "Arek" LLC is owned by Akaki Akhvlediani who is the founder of "Agrohub" network. The company director of the is Giorgi Jashiashvili, who is the former director of "Agrohub".

According to the information available on the Architecture Service website, the area of the land plot is 3 668 sq.m. The facility will be a multifunctional building (grocery store, hotel and multi-apartment residential building), the storeys will be functionally distributed as follows: -2 and -1 floors will have parking lots; warehouse spaces will be arranged on part of the 1st floor; "Agrohub" grocery store will be arranged on the 0th floor; open car parking will be arranged on the second, third and fourth floors; hotel rooms and partially residential apartments will be housed on the fourth floor, residential apartments will be located on the fifth - eleventh floors. The project is planned to be completed in 2025.


The name’s project is "Athome Residence".
