Georgian businessman Temur Anchabadze's company, "Keystone Development," which operates in Russia, will build a multifunctional complex in Ortachala. This complex will feature one office building and three residential skyscrapers.
According to information posted on the Architectural Service's website, "Keystone Development" has already received a preliminary construction permit for all four buildings.
On the land plot located at 73a Vakhtang Gorgasali Street in Tbilisi, it is planned to construct four buildings. Three of these will be residential, the fourth will be for commercial use. "Block A will have a total of 250 apartments and 153 parking spaces, Block B will have 184 apartments and 110 parking spaces, and Block C will have 172 apartments and 84 parking spaces."
"Block D includes a two-story parking facility and commercial spaces, separated from Blocks A, B, and C by a seismic joint. "The design envisions the construction of an office building for approximately 450 people, based on the principles of what is commonly referred to as 'open space' and coworking," the explanatory note says.
Businessman Temur Anchabadze has ties to major Russian companies, including LSEG - Logistika Severo-Evropeyskikh Gazoprovodov and 'Nanotechgroup.'
Note: Keystone Development is a company within Keystone Investment, which, in addition to development, involves:
• Agribusiness: Keystone Agro owns a blueberry orchard of over 200 hectares in the Samegrelo region.
• Energy: Keystone Power is simultaneously implementing three major projects, including the Igoeti Wind Farm, the Adjameți Wind Farm, and the Tortiza Wind Power Farm.
Construction Services – As part of the ongoing project, the company is performing works under a contract with the Chinese company China Road and Bridge Construction. The contract includes the fabrication and installation of steel structures for bridges on the F3 – Ubisa – Shorapani section of the E60 highway.
