“Emaar and Eagle Hills are the visionaries behind the so-called Dubai miracle. Thanks to the projects carried out by Emaar and Eagle Hills, Dubai’s tourism potential and its overall economic prospects have increased severalfold,” stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze during an interpellation hearing in Parliament.
According to the Prime Minister, Eagle Hills is a world-famous brand, and its entry into Georgia serves as a strong signal to other investors.
“We are talking about a company of this calibre, whose reputation has been scrutinised by very influential figures, including those with both business and political backgrounds. The public is likely aware of this. When you walk through the centre of Dubai, you will see that approximately 80% of the buildings were constructed by this company. Among them is the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Given the company’s international renown, this is understandable. However, even here, opponents of this investment project manage to tarnish the reputation of Emaar and Eagle Hills. Aside from being the architect of Dubai’s miraculous rise, this company has successfully implemented projects in many other countries, with numerous successful examples. Eagle Hills is a globally recognised brand, and its entry into Georgia is a clear signal to other investors. Therefore, the arrival of this investor in our country is poised to generate many positive side effects,” said Irakli Kobakhidze.
