Direct flights between Belarus and Georgia continue to show consistently high load factor, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Shuleiko said at the 7th meeting of the Belarus-Georgia intergovernmental commission on economic eooperation in Tbilisi, BelTA learned from the government’s press service.

“We are grateful to Georgia for its assistance in resolving issues related to Belavia’s regular flights. The load factor on direct flights between our countries remains consistently high: over 80%. The Belarusian airline plans to increase the frequency of flights from Minsk to Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi during the summer period. This will undoubtedly benefit both sides,” the deputy prime minister noted.

He emphasized that all necessary conditions are in place for the resumption of scientific and technical cooperation, as well as for broader development of interaction in education, sports, tourism, and culture.
