Import of packaged medicines from Turkey to Georgia has decreased – as per Sakstat preliminary data, in January-May 2025, in total 1888.3 tons of products worth over $65 million were imported from Turkey to Georgia against 2 169 tons worth $85.5 million in the same period of last year.
No significant changes were observed in exports of packaged medicines: products worth 47.3 million dollars were exported (last year - 45.8 million). Packaged medicines are among the top ten export and import commoditites (1.8% and 3.8%, respectively).
