The Agency for Spatial and Urban Development has approved a detailed plan for the construction of a multifunctional complex covering 54,451 sq. m along the seafront in the village of Shekvetli, in Ozurgeti municipality.
Within the framework of the aforementioned GRG, the project's investor, VR Holding, will develop a large tourist facility in this area, executed in multiple stages. VR Holding has been engaged in this project since 2023, and it will be located next to the hotel "Paragraph." The project’s total investment exceeds half a billion dollars and is planned to be carried out in several phases.
In the initial phase, the project will be implemented near Shekvetili, while the third, fourth, fifth phases include the construction of several towers reaching a height of 140 meters on this site. The construction project for a multifunctional complex in Shekvetili has received approval.
