According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on May 15, one US dollar is set GEL 2.7323, the euro is set at GEL 2.9577. The national currency depreciated against the dollar by 4.6 tetris, against the euro by 5.7 tetris.
The exchange rate in commercial banks is relatively high. In TBC Bank, one US dollar can be bought for GEL 2.9150, and sold for GEL 2.7650. In "Bank of Georgia" one dollar can be bought for GEL 2.9000, and can be sold for GEL 2.7600.
