The Turkish government is considering replacing the buffet in hotels and restaurants to combat food waste. The relevant report is being developed by the Council for Agricultural and Food Policy of the Turkish Presidential Administration for the head of the republic Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Sabah newspaper reported on August 12.

"The all-inclusive system in hotels can be replaced with an "order of choice" format, in which a person takes as much food as they can eat," the material says.
