In July, the government collected 1.848 million GEL in revenue from parking  fines, according to a report by the Ministry of Finance's Treasury Service. In June, the budget was replenished with 1.686 million, in May - 1.358 million GEL, in April - 726,854 GEL, in March - 515,992 GEL, in February - 689,003 GEL, and in January - 727,076 GEL. It turns out that in just 3 months this year, May, June and July, parking fines paid by citizens hit 5 million GEL.

As for the current year's data, according to the revenues of the Unified Budget of Georgia (without consolidation), in January-July 2025, 7,588,944 GEL was received into the treasury from fines for parking in the wrong places against  10,209,374 GEL in the same period of the previous year.

Note: since the fall of 2022, fines for violation of parking rules have increased from 10 GEL to 50 GEL.
