External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 10 439.7 million in January-May 2026, 3.7 percent higher year-on-year.
The value of export increased by 19.8 percent reaching USD 3 108.5 million, while the import decreased by 1.9 percent and amounted to USD 7 331.2 million.
The trade deficit equaled USD 4 222.7 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 40.4 percent.
