«Chiatureli» is set to operate at 90% occupancy during the New Year period, David Chachanidze, the hotel founder states.
He notes that the hotel's primary clientele are foreigners international visitors.
Currently, we are working with a 50-60% occupancy rate. We have numerous foreign guests, primarily from European countries such as Switzerland, Germany, England, and others. Guests from Slavic nations tend to prefer more affordable accommodations, accounting for about 8% of foreign visitors.
My guests are primarily from the middle-income segment.
Additionally, we are currently accepting advance reservations, including for the New Year period," says David Chakhanidze.
Note: the 13-room hotel "Chiatureli," which has an investment value of up to 1.8 million GEL, is part of the Solomone wine company located in Chiatura. The Solomone vineyard is situated in Lejubani, Chiatura, and spans 3 hectares.
Solomone produces seven varieties of wine, with a production volume of 20,000 bottles as of 2023.
