Once again after a month, “Rike Jugs” changed its owner.
According to the Public Registry, N.G.B. LLC, which according to the latest data was the owner of Rike Jugs, filed an application with the Register for the full transfer of its 100% share in the company that owns Rike Jugs - Rike Dom LLC - to Macro Properties LLC.
Macro Property acquired Rike Dom shares for USD 2,840,000. In addition, the company assumed Rike Dom's financial obligations to GLOBAL VICTORY TRUST and must pay the company a total of GEL 10.6 million in three installments.
Macro Property LLC was registered in the Business Registry
in April 2025. The company's directors are businessman Mikheil Tkeshelashvili and Turkish citizen Omer Kiracı. The shares are fully owned by Macro Construction LLC. In turn, the shares of Macro Construction, registered in 2013, are fully owned by Turkish citizen Emin Uçar.
Note: the so-called Rike Jugs were sold by the National State Property Agency at the seventh attempt at an e- auction in 2022 for 10,020,000 GEL. The property was acquired by Global Victory Trust, one of whose shareholders was David Khidasheli's company. According to the terms of the auction, the company had an obligation to the state to organize a wine, digital art and technology museum, as well as exhibition and conference spaces on the territory within 36 months, for which it had to invest at least 20 million GEL. However, businessman David Khidasheli sold the Rike Jugs a month ago to Rike Dom LLC, which until now belonged to N.G.B. LLC.
