Hotels are actively accepting bookings for the summer season. The marketing manager of the multifunctional complex "Dreamland Oasis" on the Black Sea coast says in a conversation with Commersant that they have positive expectations given the hotel's occupancy and bookings. According to Marika Iakobadze, at this stage a high interest is observed for this summer season. In her words, the current season will be one of the busiest and most active in recent years.

"At this stage, the hotel’s occupancy rate ranges within 60 -70 percent that is quite a positive indicator for early season. Since the end of May and June, there has been an increase in activity that is a sign of a steadily growing interest. The rate of bookings, both through direct sales and international agencies and online platforms, is increasing weekly that allows us to reasonably assume that the current season will be one of the busiest and most active in recent years. Demand analysis shows that bookings for family holidays are especially growing showing structural changes in the market. Demand from individual travel is shifting towards group vacations, which in turn affects both the room category and the service format. The duration of pre-booked periods is also increasing ensuring greater financial predictability and stability. Given the combination of these factors, we expect record high occupancy, especially in July and August," Marika Iakobadze states.

Bookings for the hot summer season have already begun. The marketing manager of Dreamland Oasis says that occupancy in July and August is about 80% . "Bookings are already underway. Demand is particularly high for July and August, and according to current data, occupancy for this period is already approaching 75-80%.

“This is expected to be one of the most successful seasons in recent years,” Marika Iakobadze stresses.

The multifunctional complex “Dreamland Oasis” is mainly visited by local tourists and guests from neighboring countries, although the hotel says that interest from Arab countries is also growing.

"Our main guests are local vacationers from Georgia as well as from neighboring countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan. Tourists arrive from the European countries such as Poland, Lithuania, Latvia. Particular growth is observed from Israel and Moldova. Interest is also growing from Arab countries, which is very important in terms of tourism diversification," Marika Iakobadze points out.
