According to Alexander Dadianidze, the founder of "Georgian Caviar", demand for black caviar has increased by 30% compared to the same period of the previous year.


In his words, the company's total sales have soared by approximately 40%. 70% of the company's customers are Georgians, 30% are foreigners.

"Demand for our products is growing every year. We have a branded supermarket and a restaurant - "Fish House", where we serve 80- 100k customers per year. Currently, we have about 60 names of fish products, which are sold both online and on site. We plan to increase the productivity to 40% and add a branch in Tbilisi next year", says Aleksandre Dadianidze.

As a reminder, the company has been selling caviar since 2003.

Georgian Caviar runs several fish farms, a store and a restaurant in Gori district. The company produces up to 2 tons of Caviar annually and employs 80 people.
