In the second quarter of 2025, 18% of companies claim they will offer staff increased salaries, as per the review of the PMC Research Center.

According to the labor market review, 40% of the surveyed companies boosted wages in the first quarter of 2025.

The BAG Employment Barometer indicator for Q1 2025 is positive in all sectors, although compared to the previous quarter, it worsened in the construction (by 14.1 points), industry (by 6.5 points), trade (by 5.5 points) sectors and slightly increased (by 1.3 points) in the services sector.

"40% of the surveyed companies significantly increased employee salaries in Q1 2025 compared to the previous quarter but decreased compared with Q1 2024. 92% of companies increased salaries by 0-20%, and 8% by 20-40%. In Q2 2025, 18% of companies have plans to increase staff salaries," the review reads.
