For context, the “Opposition Alliance” has outlined six key conditions they say are necessary for fair and free elections, including changes to the electoral administration, voting rights for emigrants, stricter voter verification, involvement of an international audit company, opening voter lists, and establishing special judicial panels for electoral disputes.
