"We see about 100-120 new job seekers registering on our site each day, and an additional 400-500 people updating their data," Inga Shakhbaziani, Sales Director for hr.ge's web department, states.

According to her, the total number of active job seekers on their portal exceeds 144,000, the number of companies seeking personnel is 33,000.
"It is also worth noting that among these companies there are foreign ones, although their share is quite small. As for salaries, a small number of companies posting job openings on hr.ge, and no signs of salary increases have been observed this year," Inga Shahbaziani points out.

Ultimately, the overall data for the current year shows a decrease compared to the previous year. As per the PMC Research Center, from July to September 2025, 24,199 job openings were published on the jobs.ge that is 0.7% less than in the same period of 2024.

"In the reporting period, the largest decrease in the number of vacancies was recorded in the logistics and distribution, as well as administration and management. In year-on-year terms, the largest increase was recorded in the information technology and programming.

Apart from jobs.ge data, a downward trend is also observed on HR.GE. Inga Shakhbaziani, Sales Director of the web department of the portal, notes that according to data for the first 10 months of the current year, there has been a 7% decrease in the number of job openings."
