In February 2026, Georgia's alcoholic beverage exports amounted to $38 million that is 22% more compared to the corresponding period of last year ($ 6 million). This figure includes 6.5 million liters of wine, valued at $ 20 million with its value and quantity increasing by 23% and 21% respectivey- the Ministry of Agriculture reports.


According to the Ministry, in February this year, the average export price of alcoholic beverages and wine soared by 15% and 2% respectively.


The Ministry of Agriculture reports that the main export markets for alcoholic beverages are Russia, Armenia, Ukraine, the European Union, Belarus, and Azerbaijan. For wine, key markets include Russia, the European Union, Ukraine, China, the USA, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and others.
