The Latvian airline Air Baltic temporarily suspends flights to Georgia - from January 7 to February 7, the airline will cancel Tbilisi-Riga flights. Ticket bookings have already been suspended for this period.

According to the general manager of the Air Baltic representative office in Georgia Temur Buzaldadze, the decision was caused by the insufficient number of aircraft.

“In winter there are problems wiith the number of aircraft, but starting from February Tbilisi-Riga flights will be resumed, in the summer air traffic between Georgia and Latvia will be everyday,” he says.
