“Today, our country enjoys stability, and I believe we will maintain a secure environment in Georgia. This stability is essential for our nation’s development,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated in an interview with TRT WORLD.

As the Head of Government highlighted, Georgia has faced numerous challenges in recent years, particularly following the 2020 parliamentary elections.

We encountered five different coup attempts, but the situation is now entirely stable. Through a consistent and determined policy, we have managed to stabilise the country. The opposition has been weakened significantly due to the measures taken over the past few years.

We are in a period of stability. There will be no elections for the next three years, allowing us to focus entirely on the country’s development. Despite the turbulence experienced in recent times, we have demonstrated a remarkably high rate of economic growth, and our attention is now firmly on building a prosperous future,” Irakli Kobakhidze concluded.
