Note:The infectious disease hospital building located on Alexander Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi has been in private ownership since 2009. Its owner is "Aversi Pharma", which purchased the mentioned area from the state for USD 12.5 million 12 years ago, but despite this, the owner cannot use the existing building.

After the alienation of the territory of the Infectious Diseases Hospital, the state undertook in 2009 to move the hospital to a new building within 2 years. Soon it became known that a new building for the Infectious Diseases Hospital had been purchased on Ljubljana Street in Digomi for 33 million GEL, although the Infectious Diseases Hospital only moved there last year.
