«The hotel works with almost 100% occupancy. 80% of guests are Georgians, 20% are foreigners», Shota Maruashvili, general manager of the recently opened hotel complex Roots Resort in Chakvi, says.

He mentions that among the guests are citizens from Kazakhstan, Greece, USA, Saudi Arabia and others.

He also notes that the hotel plans to work actively in all 4 seasons.

«The hotel caters to customers across all price ranges. While there is competition, we have a distinct concept and a highly skilled team dedicated to ensuring the comfort of every guest. Additionally, it's important to mention that the restaurant is open daily and accommodates a wide range of orders, including those for birthdays and special occasions. We are eager to create a children's room and a board games area to provide our guests with even more entertainment», says Shota Maruashvili.

Note: Roots Resort opened this year and comprises 26 rooms of different categories and 6 cottages. In addition, the complex has a restaurant and an outdoor pool. The investment cost of the project is up to $3 million.
