According to NBG statistics, of the complaints registered in March 2025, current accounts, credit cards, as well as consumer loans were the most complained-about products.

In particular, the top five complained-about products(as of March 2025) are as follows:


• Current account/debit card - 1,576 applications;


• Consumer credit - 253 applications;


• According to statistics published on the website, out of 2,394 complaints in March 2025, banks considered 1,254 applications to be unfounded and 444 to be justified; 696 applications are still being processed.

It is worth mentioning that the customer hotline at the National Bank has been operating since 2011. Claims statistics have also been compiled since then.
