The Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance informs taxpayers that according to the decision made by the Government of Georgia, on the basis of Sub-Clause "D" of Article 309, Part 37 of the Tax Code, debts in the amount of GEL 423,141,969.65 have been written off for 65,340 individuals.
According to the government’s initiative, all natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs, will have their recognized unpaid tax debts incurred before January 1, 2021, including penalty taxes, fully written off.
