The exports equaled 3 234.7 million (13.7 percent higher), while the imports stood at USD 8 699.3 million (12.4 percent higher). The negative trade balance was USD 5 464.6 million in January-June 2025 and its share in external trade turnover constituted 45.8 percent.

In January-June 2025 the share of the top ten trading partners by exports in the total exports of Georgia amounted to 79.8 percent. The top partners were Kyrgyzstan (USD 681.3 million), Kazakhstan (USD 414.0 million) and Azerbaijan (USD 341.8 million).

In January-June 2025 the share of the top ten trading partners by imports in the total imports of Georgia amounted to 71.7 percent. The top partners were Türkiye (USD 1 294.8 million), USA (USD 1 283.2 million) and Russia (USD 950.5 million).

In January-June 2025 the share of the top ten trading partners in the total external trade turnover of Georgia amounted to 69.3 percent. The top trading partners were Türkiye (USD 1 464.6 million), USA (USD 1 324.6 million) and Russia (USD 1 282.9 million).
