Apple cider vinegar producer Vin Egar plans to produce dried fruits, the company's founder Mariam Pataridze says. Dried fruits will most likely appear on the market in the New Year period.
"Initially, we are set to launch the production of 3 types of organic dried fruits, including apples, plums and cherries. It is worth noting that at the end of the month we are starting the construction of a new enterprise, which will be completed in August,
the investment cost of the project is 400,000 GEL. As soon as the construction is completed, we will begin working in this direction and in the new year we will offer consumers a new product," says Mariam Pataridze.
In her words, Vin Egar currently produces two types of apple cider vinegar, the company's sales have doubled compared to the same period of last year.
Note: "Vin Egar" is an apple cider vinegar made in the high mountain village of Usakhelo, Lechkhumi. Its story began in 2021. Distinguished by its unique taste and medicinal properties, Vin Egar is an ecologically clean product made from unprocessed apple juice using the traditional vinegar fermentation method. It contains no preservatives, chemicals, or yeast.
The products can be purchased at the branches of "Tsiskvili Bazaar", as well as at various agro stores, such as "Fermart", "Agro Sakhli", "Tsilkani", "Eco Corner", "Sufra", "Masa", Epicalorie Shop", as well as at the supermarket chain "Natural". Apple cider vinegar is also supplied to the Georgian startup/street food - "Shoti". In the future, the company is set to sell its products in regional chain stores.
