According to the Union of Oil Products Importers, the import of petroleum bitumen in May 2024 stood at 18.3 thousand tons that is 3.3 thousand tons or 22% more compared to the same period of 2023 (15 thousand tons).

In May the largest volume of oil bitumen was imported from Iraq - 13.6 thousand tons that is 74.3% of total imports. Followed by Russia - 2.2 thousand tons (12%); Turkmenistan - 2.1 thousand tons (11.5%); Turkey - 0.3 thousand tons (1.6%); Azerbaijan - 0.1 thousand tons (0.5%);

In May 2024, the import of liquefied gas (LPG) stood at 7.45 thousand tons that is 3.47 thousand tons or 87.2% more compared to the same period of last year (3.98 thousand tons).

In May the Russian Federation accounted for 99.9% (7.44 thousand tons) of the total liquefied gas (LPG) imports.
