Badri Patarkatsishvili’s widow Ina Gudavadze is building a multifunctional complex on the slopes of Avlabari in Tbilisi.

According to information posted on the website of the Architecture Service, reconstruction and restoration work is underway in buildings with the status of cultural heritage sites located on the site owned by Alpha 2017 LLC. Apart from that, the City Hall has already approved the project and issued a building permit.

The explanatory note says that the priority work has already been completed; the rest work will take 30 months.

According to the expert, "due to the emergency state of the building under study, it is impossible to preserve the building in its current form and a constructive solution is an inevitable necessity -within the framework of reconstruction, the rearrangement of load-bearing elements and structures, subject to their restoration and their construction on foundations and a construction system acceptable to modern seismic standards,” the explanatory note says.

The owner of 100% of the shares of Alpha 2017 LLC is a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ina Gudavadze, and the company director is Mikheil Menteshashvili.
