Phase 2 Construction is underway in East Point in which $20 million is poured. The new space includes 15 thousand square meters of commercial space and additional 700 parking spaces- Teiko Lominadze, the marketing director of Quadrum Georgia, told Commersant.
According to Lominadze, after the construction completion in 2024, the new space will house various shops and new catering facilities. In Teiko Lominadze’s words, the company decided to expand due to an increased demand for commercial space.
“The idea of the project first appeared 4 years ago, but the pandemic prevented us from implementing the project. This year, positive forecasts allowed us to start the construction. We are currently holding active negotiations with new brands but refrain from specifying them at the stage.
"East Point" covers 72,000 square meters and includes more than 250 clothing, footwear, accessories, hardware and furniture stores, cinemas, entertainment centers and hypermarkets, as well as parking for over 3,000 cars.
Phase 2 construction will be similar, both international brands and food facilities will be arranged. The architectural project was developed by a Ukrainian company,” Teiko Lominadze notes.
