Russian airlines will operate 7 direct flights from Moscow to Tbilisi per week, the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Russia told Ria Novosti.
As the Russian media notes, currently, airlines are preparing to resume flights to Georgia.
Russia has canceled visa regime for Georgian citizens. The relevant decree was issued by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. According to Putin's decree, the visa regime will be abolished from May 15. In addition, Vladimir Putin lifted the ban on flights to Georgia for Russian airlines.
