The Georgian Embassy in Israel has issued recommendations for Georgian citizens, given the rapidly deteriorating security situation in the country.

The Embassy recommends that Georgian citizens follow the local government-set instructions and look for asylum nearby when the red alarm signal is activated. when in the building, it is advised to close all windows and doors.

If outside with no special shelter nearby or no building at all, the embassy recommends lying down and covering the head with the hands; Being in a car, to stop, enter a nearby building or lying down. Crowding in building entrances is not allowed. Ten minutes after the alarm is deactivated, citizens can leave the building.

Approaching the missile or other objects is prohibited. In this case, call the police. Tourists should not leave their hotels and refrain from tourist tours.

The Embassy also asked to: Be aware of your surroundings; Avoid all demonstrations and large gatherings; Avoid all areas with a large police presence; Follow the instructions of local authorities.
